👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Mix lamb mince with crushed garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. Form into 8 oval koftas.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook koftas 8-10 minutes, turning, until browned all over and cooked through.
  3. 3While koftas cook, slice cucumber into rounds.
  4. 4Arrange spinach, cucumber, and a dollop of Greek yoghurt on each plate.
  5. 5Add koftas alongside. Squeeze lemon juice over everything and serve.
