👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Slice lamb leg steaks very thinly against the grain.
  2. 2Cook egg noodles per packet; drain and set aside.
  3. 3Mix soy sauce with garlic and sesame oil for the stir-fry sauce.
  4. 4Heat coconut oil in a wok over high heat.
  5. 5Add lamb in batches; sear 1-2 minutes per side until browned. Remove.
  6. 6Add broccoli and a splash of water; stir-fry 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  7. 7Return lamb to the wok; pour sauce over everything.
  8. 8Add noodles and toss over high heat 1-2 minutes until glossy. Serve with fresh coriander.
