👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 11. Heat coconut oil in a large pan over high heat. Add onion and fry 8-10 minutes until golden.
  2. 22. Add ginger, garlic, chilli and wholegrain mustard; cook 2 minutes, stirring so the mustard seeds pop.
  3. 33. Add tikka masala paste, ground cumin, garam masala and ground turmeric; stir 1 minute.
  4. 44. Add lamb mince; break it up and cook 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently, until browned.
  5. 55. Add tinned tomatoes and chicken stock; stir to combine. Simmer uncovered 15 minutes until sauce has reduced and lamb is tender.
  6. 66. Stir in fresh coriander and lemon juice. Serve with basmati rice.
