👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Cook rice noodles per packet; drain and set aside.
  2. 2Pat king prawns dry. Heat coconut oil in a wok over high heat.
  3. 3Fry prawns 2-3 minutes until pink. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4Add garlic and fresh ginger to the wok; fry 30 seconds.
  5. 5Add pak choi and soy sauce; stir-fry 2 minutes until wilted.
  6. 6Return prawns. Add noodles, honey and sesame oil; toss everything together over high heat.
  7. 7Serve immediately with a squeeze of lime.
