👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. 2Mix harissa paste with olive oil and rub all over chicken thighs.
  3. 3Peel and cube sweet potatoes. Toss in a little olive oil.
  4. 4Spread sweet potatoes on a large roasting tray. Nestle chicken on top, skin-side up.
  5. 5Roast for 25 minutes.
  6. 6Add green beans to the tray; toss in the pan juices. Roast a further 10 minutes.
  7. 7Serve directly from the tray.
