👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 11. Cook quinoa according to packet instructions (usually 15 mins), drain and cool slightly.
  2. 22. Slice halloumi into 1cm slabs and pat dry.
  3. 33. Heat a non-stick pan over high heat. Fry halloumi 2–3 minutes per side until golden.
  4. 44. Slice cucumber and halve cherry tomatoes.
