  1. 1Cook bulgur wheat: cover with boiling water (1:1.5 ratio), lid on, 12 minutes. Fluff.
  2. 2Slice halloumi into 6mm rounds. Griddle 2 minutes each side until golden.
  3. 3Dice cucumber and peppers.
  4. 4Toss warm bulgur with cucumber, peppers, olive oil, and lemon juice.
