👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Trim asparagus; snap off woody ends.
  2. 2Pat salmon fillets dry. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4Cook asparagus in the pan for 4 minutes, turning once.
  5. 5Push asparagus to the side; add salmon fillets skin-side down.
  6. 6Cook salmon 4-5 minutes until skin is crispy. Flip carefully; cook 1-2 minutes more.
