👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut white potatoes into thick wedges; toss with olive oil, smoked paprika and garlic. Spread on baking tray.
  2. 2Roast wedges for 25 minutes, turning once.
  3. 3Meanwhile, heat a heavy pan until very hot. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  4. 4Cook steak 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Remove and rest on a warm plate.
  5. 5In the same pan, melt butter with garlic and fresh rosemary over low heat.
  6. 6Pour garlic butter over the resting steak.
  7. 7Serve steak with potato wedges and a simple green salad.
