👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes (prevents burning).
  2. 2Thread king prawns onto skewers — about 5–6 per skewer.
  3. 3Cook white rice per packet instructions, keep warm.
  4. 4For the garlic butter: melt butter in a small saucepan, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add a squeeze of lemon and set aside.
  5. 5Heat a griddle pan until very hot.
  6. 6Brush prawn skewers with a little garlic butter and place on the griddle.
  7. 7Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and opaque, brushing with more garlic butter during cooking.
  8. 8Serve over white rice with remaining garlic butter drizzled on top, and fresh lemon.
