👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C. Peel and chop potatoes, boil until tender, drain and mash with butter. Season.
  2. 2Cut salmon and cod into chunks.
  3. 3Slice leek and fry in butter for 4 minutes until soft.
  4. 4Add milk and bring to a gentle simmer. Add fish and cook 5 minutes.
