👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C (fan 180°C). Tear bread rolls into rough 3cm pieces, toss with 1 tsp olive oil.
  2. 2Spread on a baking tray and bake for 5–7 minutes until golden and crisp.
  3. 3Meanwhile, whisk pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, olive oil, and garlic for the dressing.
  4. 4Chop romaine lettuce, halve cherry tomatoes, slice cucumber and radishes.
  5. 5Toss vegetables with the dressing.
  6. 6Add most of the fresh mint and coriander.
  7. 7Scatter crispy pita over the top, dust with sumac.
  8. 8Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
