👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 11. Shape falafel into 8 small patties. Bake in the oven at 190C for 12-15 minutes until golden and firm, turning once.\n2. Make the garlic hummus: blend chickpeas with tahini, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil until smooth. Season with salt.\n3. Warm the wholemeal wraps in a dry pan.\n4. Spread hummus generously on the wrap.\n5. Lay falafel patties, roasted red peppers, cucumber and rocket on top.\n6. Drizzle with olive oil and a squeeze of lemon. Roll tightly and serve.
