  1. 11. Slice sirloin steak thinly; toss with smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic and a pinch of salt.\n2. Heat coconut oil in a large pan over high heat. Fry steak strips 2-3 minutes until browned; remove and rest.\n3. In the same pan, fry mixed peppers and red onion 3-4 minutes until charred at the edges.\n4. In a large bowl, combine salad leaves and avocado.\n5. Add warm steak strips and charred veg on top.\n6. Spoon over sour cream, squeeze lime juice over everything, and serve immediately.
