👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Cook spaghetti per packet instructions; drain, reserving ½ cup pasta water.
  2. 2Pan-fry salmon fillets in olive oil 3-4 minutes each side. Remove skin and flake.
  3. 3In the same pan, melt cream cheese with 4 tbsp pasta water over low heat.
  4. 4Add spaghetti and spinach; toss until spinach wilts.
  5. 5Fold in flaked salmon, squeeze lemon juice over and serve.
