👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Dice potatoes into 1.5cm cubes. Boil for 6 minutes, then drain and steam-dry.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add potatoes and cook 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden all over.
  3. 3Add diced chorizo and cook 3 minutes until it starts to crisp.
