👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Dice onions and mince garlic.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a large pot. Fry onions for 5 minutes until soft.
  3. 3Add beef mince and brown for 6 minutes, breaking it up.
  4. 4Add garlic, tomato purée, tinned tomatoes, and kidney beans. Season with cumin, chilli powder, and salt.
  5. 5Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
