👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 200°C.
  2. 2Halve baby potatoes. Toss with olive oil and spread on a large baking tray.
  3. 3Place chicken thighs on top of the potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. 4Season chicken generously with smoked paprika, garlic, salt and pepper.
  5. 5Roast for 20 minutes.
  6. 6Add broccoli florets to the tray; drizzle with lemon juice.
  7. 7Roast 15 more minutes until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are golden.
  8. 8Serve with extra lemon wedges.
