👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Dice carrots, celery, and onion. Mince garlic.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Fry onion, carrots, and celery for 5 minutes.
  3. 3Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
  4. 4Add 1.5 litres water and bring to a boil.
  5. 5Add chicken breast (whole) and cook for 12 minutes until cooked through. Remove chicken and shred.
  6. 6Add egg noodles and frozen peas to the broth. Cook 3-4 minutes.
  7. 7Return shredded chicken to the pot. Season and serve.
