  1. 1Preheat oven to 190C. Cook pasta per packet (2 minutes under); drain.\n2. Fry chicken in olive oil until cooked, ~8 minutes. Remove and slice.\n3. Fry onion in the same pan 4 minutes. Add garlic; fry 1 minute.\n4. Add tinned tomatoes and tomato puree; simmer 5 minutes.\n5. Mix pasta, chicken and tomato sauce in a large baking dish.\n6. Top with cheddar. Bake 20 minutes until golden and bubbling.
