  1. 11. Season chicken breasts with smoked paprika, ground cumin and salt.\n2. Cook chicken in olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat 6-7 minutes per side until cooked. Rest 3 minutes, then slice.\n3. Drain and rinse black beans; drain sweetcorn.\n4. In a large bowl, combine lettuce, red onion, mixed peppers, black beans and sweetcorn.\n5. Scatter sliced chicken on top.\n6. Add cherry tomatoes, avocado, salsa and lime juice. Toss gently and serve.
