👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Cut chicken into large chunks and season.
  2. 2Steam or boil broccoli florets for 4 minutes until just tender; drain.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry chicken over medium-high heat 6-7 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  4. 4Reduce heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Pour in double cream and simmer 3 minutes.
