👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 11. Season chicken with smoked paprika, ground cumin, garlic and a pinch of salt.\n2. Cook chicken in coconut oil in a pan over medium-high heat 5-6 minutes per side until cooked. Rest and slice.\n3. In the same pan, char sliced mixed peppers and red onion 3-4 minutes.\n4. Spread mashed avocado on the wrap.\n5. Add rocket, sliced chicken and charred peppers.\n6.
