👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Dice chicken breast into chunks. Cook basmati rice per packet instructions.
  2. 2Melt ghee in a large pan over medium heat. Fry diced onions for 6 minutes until golden.
  3. 3Add garlic and curry paste, cook 2 minutes.
  4. 4Add tomato purée and tinned tomatoes. Simmer 5 minutes.
  5. 5Add chicken pieces and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. 6Stir in double cream and simmer on low for 8 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. 7Serve over basmati rice.
