👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 175°C. Grease a medium baking dish.
  2. 2Mix porridge oats, mixed seeds, and oat milk in a bowl. Add maple syrup and stir.
  3. 3Fold in most of the berries.
  4. 4Pour into baking dish. Top with remaining berries.
  5. 5Bake 28-32 minutes until set — it should be soft inside with a golden top.
  6. 6Cool and cut into 4 portions. Refrigerate up to 5 days. Reheat with a splash of oat milk.
