👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente.
  2. 2Slice mushrooms and dice onion.
  3. 3Heat olive oil in a large pan. Brown beef mince for 5 minutes, remove and set aside.
  4. 4In the same pan fry onion and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
  5. 5Return beef to the pan. Stir in dijon mustard, soured cream, and double cream. Season.
  6. 6Simmer on low for 5 minutes until sauce is thick and creamy.
  7. 7Serve over spaghetti.
