👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Mix beef mince with half the minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Shape into 18 small meatballs.
  2. 2Fry meatballs in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until browned all over. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3Fry diced onion in the same pan for 4 minutes. Add remaining garlic, passata, and tinned tomatoes. Simmer 5 minutes.
  4. 4Return meatballs to sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
  5. 5Cook pasta until al dente. Drain.
  6. 6Serve meatballs and sauce over pasta, top with parmesan.
