👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Preheat oven to 190°C.
  2. 2Dice onions and garlic. Brown beef mince in olive oil for 5 minutes.
  3. 3Add onions and garlic, cook 3 minutes. Add tinned tomatoes and passata. Simmer 15 minutes.
  4. 4Meanwhile cook pasta sheets per packet instructions until just al dente.
  5. 5Make béchamel: stir double cream into a small pan, season, simmer gently.
  6. 6Layer in a baking dish: bolognese, pasta, cream sauce. Repeat. Top with grated cheddar.
  7. 7Bake for 30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
