👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Cook egg noodles according to packet; drain and set aside.\n2. Slice beef rump thinly against the grain. Toss with 1 tbsp soy sauce.\n3. Heat olive oil in a wok over high heat. Add beef in batches, sear 1-2 minutes until browned. Remove.\n4. Stir-fry broccoli florets in the same wok for 2-3 minutes until bright.\n5. Add white onion and cook 1 minute. Add ginger and garlic; cook 30 seconds.\n6. Return beef to the wok. Add remaining soy sauce and a pinch of chilli flakes.\n7. Add drained noodles and toss everything together for 1-2 minutes. Serve with a squeeze of lime.
