👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Drain and rinse black beans.
  2. 2Dice mixed peppers and fry in olive oil 4 minutes. Add beans and tinned tomatoes; cook 3 minutes until heated.
  3. 3Warm wraps in a dry pan.
  4. 4Spoon bean mixture down the centre of each wrap.
  5. 5Scatter cheddar over. Fold in sides and roll up. Serve immediately.
