👨‍🍳 Method
  1. 1Mix peri-peri sauce, smoked paprika, garlic and soy sauce for the marinade.
  2. 2Coat chicken thighs in the marinade; set aside at least 10 minutes.
  3. 3Preheat oven to 200°C.
  4. 4Place chicken thighs on a baking tray. Roast 25 minutes until cooked through and the glaze is dark and sticky.
  5. 5Meanwhile, cut corn cobs in half; cook in boiling salted water for 6-7 minutes.
  6. 6Mix coleslaw with a drizzle of peri-peri sauce.
  7. 7Serve chicken thighs with corn cobs and coleslaw alongside.
